This condo is city-facing, and Waikiki is a vibrant destination. Many guests love the convenience and energy of this central location, and the unit includes A/C throughout for added comfort.

Important Building Notice — September 2026 through April 2027

The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and painting. Work generally takes place Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and progresses around the building in phases. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, including occasional louder repair work, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes, and the presence of contractors or equipment around the property. The location and level of activity will vary throughout the project.

Unit-Specific Work: Exterior work expected at or immediately around this condo has been completed.

GOOD TO KNOW (WAIKIKI SOUND AWARENESS)

Waikiki is an exciting, well-loved area. Because this condo faces the street, guests may occasionally hear city and neighborhood activity. If you’re sensitive to sound, we recommend packing earplugs for extra peace of mind. Most guests find the location and convenience well worth it and continue to rate the condo very highly.
